Let’s Talk Style.

Always modern, rarely trendy, never boring.

As someone balancing a career, family, friends, and life, I have always enjoyed the creative outlet that comes with getting dressed. It is so satisfying to put together a look that’s just right for the day. One that stands out in a good way and helps me feel confident and capable, whatever comes my way. It’s an opportunity to express myself each day, helping me feel lighter and most myself around those who know me, and those I haven’t met yet.

For me, creating that look typically involves a formula of basics that are uniquely elevated + one surprising element such as a dramatic cut or pop of color. And accessories that make it all come together.

Creating that look for a client might mean something a little different based on what they love and what looks good on them. A constant for everyone I work with is a flattering cut, and the goal of having the confidence to take on whatever comes their way.

Hi. A little about me…

Owner of The Chic Tweak, Susan DeCiani lives in Roscoe Village in Chicago with Don Dunbar, her husband of 20 years. We love to travel, entertain, spend time together and with our amazing friends and family.

Throughout a career that offered a variety of roles in marketing and advertising, Susan currently still holds a position part time that involves some travel and the management of developing content and overseeing visual and creative communications. A lifelong passion for wearing what feels true to herself and representing a more “creative” professional appearance is partially how her career evolved in this direction. And this is an experience and expertise she truly enjoys sharing.
